General information
These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the Website and the conditions for entering into agreements for the sale of digital products through the Website.

The exclusive right to operate the Website belongs to the Seller, who is simultaneously the owner, seller, and administrator of the Website available at: https://stressreliefguide.eu/
The Website operates in accordance with applicable law and with respect for good practices in commercial dealings.
Definitions
- Terms & Conditions– this document setting out the rights and obligations of the Parties.
- Website– the internet service available at https://stressreliefguide.eu/.
- Seller– TM Adam Zgud.
- Customer– a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit purchasing digital products.
- Consumer– a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Digital product– digital content within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Act, in particular original audio recordings, audio guides, and sound materials made available in electronic form (download or online access).
- Distance contract– a contract concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the Parties, using means of distance communication.
- Payment operator– PayPro S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań), entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000347935, providing payment services under the Przelewy24 brand.
Scope of activity
The Website's scope of activity is the sale of digital products, in particular original audio recordings and relaxation guides, including the product “Stress Relief Guide” („Poradnik na Stres”) containing collections of affirmations combined with original music tuned to 432 Hz frequency.
Digital products are not stored on physical media and are delivered exclusively by electronic means.
Placing orders and conclusion of contract
- Customers may place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Website.
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a contract.
- The contract is concluded upon the crediting of the payment to the Seller's account (for paid products) or upon confirmation of the order by the system (for free products).
- Upon crediting of the payment or confirmation of the order, the Customer immediately receives access to the purchased digital product via a download link sent by e-mail to the provided address and available in the Customer's account panel.
Payments
- All prices displayed on the Website are gross prices (inclusive of VAT).
- The Customer pays according to the prices in effect at the time of placing the order.
- Electronic payment processing is provided by PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24) with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000347935, NIP: 7792369887, REGON: 301345068 – a national payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), entered in the register of payment services under number IP24/2014.
- Available payment methods include, in particular: online bank transfers (pay-by-link), BLIK payments, payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), and other methods made available by the Przelewy24 operator.
- The Website also offers digital products in a free variant (PLN 0). In such cases, the Customer is not redirected to the payment system, and access to the product is granted immediately upon confirmation of the order.
- The Seller does not store Customers' payment card data. All payment data is processed exclusively by the Przelewy24 operator in accordance with applicable security standards (PCI DSS).
Delivery of digital product
- The digital product is delivered to the Customer by electronic means immediately upon crediting of the payment (or confirmation of the order in the case of free products).
- The Customer receives an e-mail with purchase confirmation and access credentials to the account panel, where purchased files are available for download.
- Download links have a limited validity period for security reasons. The Customer may generate new links in the account panel.
Right of withdrawal
- As a general rule, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, provided that the digital product has not been downloaded.
- Pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the performance of the service began before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and the Consumer:
- gave express consent to this,
- was informed about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
- Consent is given at the time of placing the order by checking the appropriate declaration.
- The Consumer may send a withdrawal declaration to the Seller's e-mail address indicated in §1.
Usage license for the digital product "Stress Relief Guide"
- All copyrights to the Product belong to the Seller.
- The Seller grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product solely for private use.
- The Customer is not entitled, in particular, to:
- distribute the Product,
- resell it,
- publicly perform it,
- publish the Product or its parts on the internet,
- modify the Product without the Seller's consent.
- The Seller reserves the right to use all or part of the Product for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes, including on video platforms (e.g. YouTube).
Complaints
- Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: stressreliefguide@gmail.com.
- A complaint should contain data enabling identification of the Customer (first name, surname, e-mail address used for the order) and a description of the issue.
- The Seller considers complaints within 14 days of receipt.
- The response to a complaint is sent to the e-mail address from which the complaint was submitted, unless the Customer indicates another method of contact.
Personal data and privacy
The controller of Customers' personal data is the Seller. Detailed rules for processing personal data, including information about the purposes and legal bases of processing, data recipients, users' rights, and rules for using cookies, are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
In order to fulfil the order, the Seller processes the Customer's personal data (e-mail address, data necessary for payment processing) on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract).
Data necessary for payment processing is shared with the payment operator (PayPro S.A. / Przelewy24) to the extent necessary to carry out the transaction.
Liability
- The Seller is not liable for interruptions in the functioning of the Website resulting from causes beyond the Seller's control, including technical failures on the part of hosting or payment service providers.
- The Seller is not liable for failure to deliver the digital product if the Customer provides an incorrect e-mail address.
- The Customer is obliged to use the Website in accordance with applicable law and these Terms & Conditions.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Consumer has the right to use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including:
- submitting a request for dispute resolution to a permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Trade Inspection Authority,
- seeking assistance from a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection,
- using the online consumer dispute resolution platform (ODR platform), available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Final provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms & Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- These Terms & Conditions are available on the Website in a manner that allows them to be downloaded and saved.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions for important reasons. Amendments do not affect orders placed before the date of entry into force of the new version.
- Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of law.
