I am a person who sincerely believes that goodness can change lives. I created the Stress Relief Guide to pass on tools of support, inspiration and inner strength to everyone who desires to be happier, more peaceful and more self-confident.

I worked on the project personally – I composed the music, thought through every detail and put my heart into making it truly useful and supportive in everyday life. The total cost of production exceeded PLN 100,000 and took over 3 years.

Despite the significant costs, I decided it would be free. I felt how positively it affected my own life, and I wanted even more people to be able to benefit without financial barriers.

Goodness always comes back to us.
And I truly believe in that.
